The death confirmed here today was that of a woman in her 4th 40s. There is a 200 increase in the number of flu tests that are positive as compared to at the same time in 2012. It is an earlier peak. Reporter it could mean it may be a longer or severe flu season. She was 23 years old and healthy. Most people dont seek care with flulike illnesses till late. Reporter he is an er doctor where he says they have seen a lot of flu like systems but not only confirmed flu cases. This could be a bad flu season.
