A woman convicted of the manslaughter of her six children in a horrific house fire has been given a treat McDonalds meal for her 40th birthday after being freed from prison.  Mairead Philpott tucked into a £5.19 McChicken sandwich and fries meal which was delivered by bicycle to a bail hostel where she is staying in the south of England.
