ABC affiliate KTRK 13 News in Houston is reporting that Theresa Raye Balboa has now been charged with Capital Murder in the death of 5-year-old Samuel Olson. The body of the child was found in a Jasper motel room, along with Balboa, on the evening of June 1st. Balboa, 29, is one of three people charged in the case.
