Ivan Garay was charged with aggravated assault and three counts of deadly conduct back on April 25. Garay was indicted for the same incident, different charges.

In 2022, Adrian Barrera's son was killed in a car crash. In October, Barrera assaulted the man on the other side of the crash, according to an arrest affidavit.

18-year-old Nathaniel Aguilar sold pills containing Fentanyl to a teenager on Oct. 2. That teen later died after overdosing on the pills.

43-year-old Gerad Raymond Sandate has been booked into Ector County Jail after leaving the scene of a crash that led to the death of two people.

All three suspects were arrested and booked into the Ector County Jail for Online Solicitation of a Minor.
