Deep Eddy Pool will reopen on Monday, April 25 and will resume normal hours of operation when it does, according to the City of Austin.

Austin Parks and Recreation (PARD) says its Aquatics Division staff anticipates the pool will reopen March 4 for regular operating hours.

The Austin Parks & Recreation Department says there is no anticipated reopening date because it is unknown how long it will take to acquire the parts.

Deep Eddy Pool is expected to resume normal operating hours on January 8, 2022, once the repairs are complete.

Following last week's heavy rain and flooding, Barton Springs Pool plans to open back up to the public Friday after being closed for cleaning.

Reservations will continue to be required at the pool until the end of June, the city said. The pool is open Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

PARD says it is closely monitoring these flood conditions and will update the public when Barton Springs reopens.
