A wave of new development is in the works for one of the Fan’s main thoroughfares that’ll bring to the neighborhood dozens of new townhomes, duplexes, apartments and more. 

The 158 properties are now in the hands of various new owners after a slew of deals closed between mid-December and early January.

The latest deal involved nine properties, but the bulk of the Eck family’s 150-plus property portfolio remains under contract to be sold to a single mystery buyer.
