Four suspects were seen on surveillance video swiping $93,000 worth of merchandise in one instance. Detectives said all four suspects have "extensive criminal histories." Police said a fifth suspect was selling the stolen items online.

In one of the cases, the Bellevue Police Department said four suspects were charged after stealing over $93,000 in handbags from Louis Vuitton.

Billy Chambers, 29, was found hiding naked in a dumpster after police learned he had a warrant for escaping community custody.

By 2013, Chambers would have multiple convictions, including sentenced to six years in prison and three years for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
