Rome man charged with weapon possession after blocking traffic on Sixth Street
Police said Edward A. Hector, of Rome, was reportedly standing in the roadway blocking traffic near Pinti Field at about 9:30 p.m. on Feb. 6. Officers responded and cleared the roadway, and they said Hector was found to be in possession of a handgun.
