Stephen H. Crouse, 70, of Tanglewood Manor, died Nov. 26, 2020, at UPMC Chautauqua. Steve was born Oct. 7, 1950, in Steamburg, N.Y., the second youngest of the nine children of the late Carl and Alma Nephew Crouse.
