Meditation for letting go 放手的冥想The manipura (solar plexus) chakra serves as the seat from which we act, and too often it becomes plugged with the fears and preoccupations which build up inside us over time. By pausing to recognize what baggage we carry, and then intentionally asking that baggage to depart, we create space which we can then use to be more aware, a place from which we can better serve ourself, others, and the world. https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/hIVLzt7dx2PHoHV_1ErYAw

DJs bring together the stripped back, primal sounds of Hard Drum, Kuduro, UK Funky, Singeli, Gqom and Drum-only Techno for a night of syncopation and tribal sounds. Melody takes a backseat to rhythm, and body music is preferred. Percussion comes to the fore as industrial vibes dominate. Feel the drums at DADA Beijing.
