Lenoir County SPCA is almost done with their new 153-animal capacity, state-of-the-art shelter.

Eileen Beeson has been hired to lead the shelter for SPCA.  "We are very excited about having her join us," said Lenoir County SPCA board president Jerry Henderson, in an email.
