Nigerian Navy Raises Alarm Over Eleko Beach In Lagos Turning Into Drugs Hub, Intercepts N254million Cannabis
The Commander, Nigerian Navy ship, NNS BEECROFT, Commodore Kolawole Oguntuga, has raised the alarm that Eleko Beach area of Lagos State is gradually becoming a spot for drug traffickers. Oguntuga raised the alarm on Sunday, while reportedly briefing journalists on Nigerian Navy's latest seizure in the area. According to him, the NNS BEECROFT has intercepted over N254 million worth of cannabis sativa at Eleko Beach in the Lekki area of the state.
