Elon Musk said he plans to unveil a Tesla robotaxi this summer, but California and Nevada regulators said Tesla hasn’t applied for two permits it would need.

Las Vegas Valley city courts are still reducing large numbers of speeding tickets to parking violations, a controversial practice that experts say allows dangerous drivers to put the public at risk.

Californians are not a protected class of people, which a judge agreed with after a man fought the revocation of his license plate.

In April, a woman submitted a complaint to the DMV about the plate, calling it defamatory.

“Some local law enforcement has pulled me over … to tell me they love my license plate,” the driver said for local news.

A revoked Nevada license plate that was meant to “drive away” Californians is getting one last chance to go back on the streets.

A section of the Nevada Administrative Code applied to the recall prohibits defamatory references to a person or group.

The plate blatantly told Californians to go back to their own state.
