EPACK Durable IPO: The price band for the issue, which will close on January 23, has been fixed at Rs 218-230 per share

The Noida-based EPACK Durable is selling its shares in the price band of Rs 218-230 apiece with a lot size of 65 shares and its multiples thereafter.

EPACK Durable, a contract manufacturer for room air conditioners, plans to raise Rs 400 crore through a fresh issue of shares for capacity expansion and debt reduction, and Rs 240 crore through an offer of sale by promoters and private equity investors.

In this week, the BSE Sensex gained 0.84 percent or 540.9 points to close at 64,904.68, while Nifty50 added 194.75 points or 1 percent to end at 19,425.35. Among broader indices, the BSE LargeCap index added 1 percent, BSE MidCap index 2.6 percent and the BSE SmallCap index 2 percent

Six companies listed in Samvat 2079 have given multibagger returns (compared to their issue prices) so far while most of the remaining are trading above their issues prices.

Six IPOs have turned multibaggers in Samvat 2079 with the highest return of over 300% by Kaynes Technology. The other offers which have delivered over 100% returns till date include Plaza Wires, Cyient DL, Global Health, Senco Gold and Utkarsh Small Finance Bank.
