Elin Electronics initial public offering (IPO) was subscribed 3.09 times on the last day of subscription on December 22. The issue, with a price band of Rs Rs 216 to Rs 237 per share, will likely list on BSE and NSE on December 30. 

The IPO was open for subscription from December 20 to December 22.

The initial public offering (IPO) of Elin electronics was subscribed 0.95 times or 95 per cent overall at the closing of Day 2 of the three-day public issue.

Elin Electronics IPO: The quota for retail individual investors (RIIs) was subscribed 1.53 times, the non-institutional investors (NIIs) portion received 1.63 times subscription and qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) got just one per cent subscription.

The IPO had a fresh issue of up to Rs 175 crore and an offer for sale of up to Rs 300 crore, aggregating up to Rs 475 crore.

Elin Electronics Limited has received bids of 4,39,62,960 shares against the offered 1,42,09,386 equity shares, at a price band of ₹234-247, according to the data available on the stock exchanges.

The initial public offering (IPO) of Elin electronics was subscribed 3.09 times overall at the closing of its three-day public issue.

The IPO received bids for 1,34,54,580 shares against 1,42,09,386 shares on offer, as per NSE data.

Post the public subscription, the shares are expected to go live on stock exchanges on December 30, 2022. As per reports, the Elin Electronics latest GMP suggests a premium of Rs 48, suggesting that the scrip will have a decent debut on its stock market listing.
