Ellarea Dickson, 77, was killed in a crash involving a man reported to have been driving erratically, leading police on a chase from Decatur into Cullman.

At the time their vehicle was struck, Ellarea Dickson and granddaughter Alyssa Dickson were on their way to work at a local Kentucky Fried Chicken.
