Jimmy Lee Canter, 67, of Buckhannon, died Thursday, March 4, 2021, at his home. He was born Dec. 30, 1953, in Buckhannon, a son of the late Elmo Augustus and Roseanna May Lanham Canter. On July 29, 1978, he married Martha Jane Smith, who survives, of Buckhannon. He is also survived by one sister, Karen Sue Blackhurst of Idaho Falls, Idaho; one brother, Danny Joe Canter of Greenville, Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews.
