New steps are being taken to address the ongoing mail issues across the commonwealth.

For weeks now - we’ve been following these problems. The United States Postal Service says this is because they are working to modernize their mailing system. U.S. Representative Al Green talked with KPRC 2′s Amy Davis about how the hold-up could impact voters.
