Emmforce Autotech share price made a stellar stock market debut with a massive 90% premium.

The Rs 53.90 crore public offer received impressive investor interest from April 23-25 after the issue was subscribed 364.37 times.

Haryana-based Emmforce Autotech has closed its Rs 53.90-crore initial public offering on April 25, with a massive 338.87 times subscription. The offer was opened on April 23.

Last week, JNK Indias public offering garnered robust subscription exceeding 28 times and will get listed on exchanges this week.

In the coming truncated week, the market is expected to consolidate with a positive bias, with focus on Fed interest rate decision, corporate earnings, monthly auto sales numbers, and manufacturing PMI data, experts said.

Four companies are scheduled for listing in the coming week with one from the mainboard segment and the rest from the SME segment.

All these three companies - Emmforce Autotech, Shivam Chemicals, Varyaa Creations - will finalise the basis of allotment of their IPO shares by April 26 and their shares will be credited to demat accounts of eligible investors by April 29.
