WENTZVILLE -- Fulton girls track and field competed against mostly larger schools and notched two medals in the Holt Invitational Saturday at Holt High School.

COLUMBIA -- Emmy Begemann put in a record-breaking performance in the Class 1 state championships, finishing second at 125 pounds, the best-ever state finish by a Fulton girls wrestler, Thursday at Mizzou Arena.

COLUMBIA -- The Fulton Hornets Cole Blattner competed in a first-place match for the second straight season on Day 2 of the Class 2 state championships Thursday at Mizzou Arena.

COLUMBIA -- The Fulton Hornets Olivia Weaver, Emmy Begemann and Carly Foster advanced to Day 2 of the Class 1 state championships after winning two bouts Wednesday at Mizzou Arena.

BUFFALO -- Led by Emmy Begemanns first-place finish, the Fulton Hornets finished fifth out of 23 teams in the Buffalo Thundering Herd Tournament, their final regular season meet, Friday at Buffalo High School.

LAKE OZARK -- The Fulton Hornets beat the host, Osage Lady Indians, 47-12 in a dual Thursday at Heritage Elementary School.

FULTON -- On Tuesday at Fulton High School, the Fulton Hornets swept their tri-match against district opponents, the Boonville Lady Pirates and Fatima Comets.

ST. CHARLES -- The Fulton Hornets took fifth out of 21 teams, and Carly Foster received a gold medal in the St. Charles Invitational Friday and Saturday at St. Charles High School.

COLUMBIA -- Three Fulton Hornets wrestlers competed in the Wonder Woman Tournament Friday and Saturday at Battle High School.
