Graduation ceremonies were held between May 2 through May 11 in Oxnard and Santa Paula to commemorate 90 small business owners who completed the Women’s Economic Ventures Emprendimiento Program. The program is a free, eight-week business training program taught in Spanish to help entrepreneurial Hispanic and Indigenous Ventura County community members. According to a press release
