I want to make sure that i understand what this means in terms of opening the door to these reserves and what how that is used, i personally dont really understand all lot about it necessarily. And what it means in terms and if we open it up to use it, are we opening it up to use it all or some of it . But also, i want us to be responsible with how we allocate resources. I think that there have been savings from some of the changes that we made but also would like to try and stay within the context of the existing budget if there is more wiggle room without necessarily going into our savings but more importantly i would like to see us put more into savings and also make sure that we are balancing the needs of each and every district i appropriately especially with a lot of the challenges we face.
