Missing File from RESOURCE folder may be needed to run the Mod on the CD Version of the Game.

Finally! It is done! Huge Thanks to Fastgamerr who was instrumental in getting the in-game Cutscenes mod working and also helping me get all the new models needed for the Cutscenes as well as all the other improvements! I really could not have done this...
