These decisions. it is a core american value that there civilian decision. i think we are unsettled by the idea the military would act autonomously. the military doesnt want to act autonomously themselves value the civilian leadership they have responded to and they know that they do. i dont think pass key issue. with 1% of the country fighting the longest wars in our history, we have a divide between the military and civilian life that most americans are very uncomfortable with. >> i think anot...
