OFCCP received Freedom of Information Act request seeking federal contractors, subcontractors EEO 1 reports from 2016 through 2020. OFCCP published updated list of Contractors whose data is subject to release and allowed them to notify OFCCP if they object to data release.

OFCCP plans to release EEO 1 data for non objecting contractors and subcontractors in response to a FOIA request for 2016 to 2020. The updated list both removes contractors that objected prior to publication of the initial List and those objecting February 2 to 10, 2023.

OFCCP has again pushed out the date by which contractors can notify OFCCP of their desire to object to production of EEO 1 data in response to the Center for Investigative Reporting. OFCCP indicated it will now accept objections filed by contractors for the first time.

OFCCP has received a Freedom of Information Act FOIA request seeking contractors’ and subcontractors’ EEO-1 reports from 2016-2020. OFCCP originally provided contractors and subcontractors until September 19, 2022 to submit objections as to why their data should not be produced.

OFCCP extended the deadline and expanded the bases on which contractors can raise concerns about being listed on the EEO1 Data Release. Contractors and subcontractors have until February 17, 2023 at 11:59 pm EST to inform OFCCP if they believe they have been incorrectly listed.

Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs OFCCP posted updated final notice of impending release of EEO-1 Type 2 reports for 2016-2020 to entities that may be subject to Center for Investigative Reporting Freedom of Information Act FOIA request for EEO-1 Type 2 data.

OFCCP extension of deadline for contractors to confirm EEO-1 data withheld from production in response to the pending Center for Investigative Reporting FOIA request. This is a final notice to all contractors that we are extending the deadline to February 17, 2023.

The agency is asking contractors to review the list and to notify the agency if they believe they have been erroneously included. Contractors that believe they have been incorrectly included on the list have until February 7, 2023 to notify the agency.
