The League of American Bicyclists recently announced the U of As Gold award designation as a part of the Bicycle Friendly University program. Only 30 institutions nationwide have achieved Gold status.

The honor is presented to the U of As Facilities Management team on behalf of the university and highlights its continued achievements in ensuring every new building on campus is environmentally friendly.
