The Secretary of State’s office says ballot machines from three different companies counted votes accurately during spring municipal elections. There are four vendors vying for certification for use in the state’s elections.

Election monitors have been appointed to oversee upcoming primaries in Bedford, Windham, and Laconia Ward 6 after the Attorney General’s Office found “significant deficiencies” in those elections in 2020.
