Authorities have disclosed more details about a weekend domestic disturbance that left the victim dead and the suspect fatally shot by police.

The Minnesota police officer who fatally shot a man while he was stabbing a woman has been identified, alongside the suspect and victim.

The Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office identified the two people who died after police responded to a domestic disturbance in Marshall early Sunday. The officer who fired his handgun was also identified by the BCA.

The man who was shot was caught committing a murder.
