The Paradise Town Council, on Tuesday night, will take its next step in realizing one of its primary goals following the 2018 Camp Fire, which was to construct an early warning system within the town in the event of the next emergency.

Reinbold was charged with three felonies after allegedly attacking two Pennington County correctional officers and attempting to escape from custody. He will plead guilty on Sept. 1.
