Police say Eric Rhine of North Liberty and Robert Rankins Junior were accused of getting the drug in Chicago and selling it in Johnson County. Rankins was sentenced earlier this month to seven years in prison. United States District Court Chief Judge John A. Jarvey also ordered Rhine to serve five years of supervised release as well as pay $100 to the Crime Victims...
