Neapolitan-style Old Scratch Pizza will open a fourth location in Dayton, Ohio, according to a Dayton.com report. The location will be in the former Troy Fire Department downtown and will open by early summer. "The Troy location is something weve wanted to do for a long time," Eric Soller, founder of Old Scratch Pizza, said in news report.
