Master of None creators Aziz Ansari and Alan Yang made big changes to their Netflix series for season 3, which leaves behind most of the supporting cast and focuses on Denise (Lena Waithe) and her wife Alicia (Naomi Ackie). Waithe and Ansari co-wrote the five-episode season, which turns away from comedy toward more of a domestic drama, but still builds to an impressive conclusion. Streaming on Netflix now.
