Hackers responsible for the exploit that led to Euler Finance losing $197 million worth of crypto have returned all the recoverable funds.

Euler is now hoping to reach an agreement in private with the hacker who exploited $196M funds from an Euler smart contract after a series of on-chain messages suggests that the hacker wants to return the funds and reach an agreement.

As per blockchain intelligence firm Chainalysis, Euler Finance transferred a total of 100 ETH to an address having links to North Korea.

The exploiter drained $197 million through multiple transactions and later used a multichain bridge to transfer the funds from the BNB Chain to Ethereum.
