Anyone. the real issue here is that we havent had a good evaluation system. and my union and others have looked to how do we overhaul an evaluation system and how do we align due process with it. its a false choice to say either no process or cumbersome process. and ultimately if you look at what teachers do, we are responsible for everything in a childs life. now, maybe thats not fair, i dont think it is. but ultimately thats what we try to do in instruction. and its for all kids, not just some...
