The European Union should do more to mitigate the "very irregular" employment situation" and the challenges posed by AI and digitalisation that artists and other professionals in the creative sector face, lawmakers have demanded.

Anyone. the real issue here is that we havent had a good evaluation system. and my union and others have looked to how do we overhaul an evaluation system and how do we align due process with it. its a false choice to say either no process or cumbersome process. and ultimately if you look at what teachers do, we are responsible for everything in a childs life. now, maybe thats not fair, i dont think it is. but ultimately thats what we try to do in instruction. and its for all kids, not just some...
