WATERTOWN — WPBS-TV will host a free in-studio screening of the newest PBS Kids show “Lyla in the Loop” at 6 p.m. Wednesday at 1056 Arsenal Street.

New Show from Mighty Picnic and Pipeline Studios to Boost Problem-Solving Skills and Showcase Benefits of Working Collaboratively for Young Viewers

Coming next month, the 2D animated kids' series, produced by Mighty Picnic and Pipeline Studios, centers on the dynamic and curious 7-year-old Lyla, who, along with family and friends, solves a range of everyday problems using creative and strategic problem-solving skills and critical thinking. 

PBS Kids' Lyla in the Loop will debut in February 2024 and feature episodes about the ethical use of AI alongside AI-assisted digital content.

PBS just made some big programming announcements at the TCA Winter Press Tour, including John Leguizamo's "American Historia" and Al Roker's PBS KIDS show "Weather Hunters."
