A month after Excell Auto Group emptied its showroom and filed for bankruptcy, customers and creditors have been coming out of the woodwork. Meanwhile, the bankruptcy trustee wants to know what happened to 90 high-end vehicles.

A new lawsuit has now been filed in Broward County, revealing more than 30 exotic cars that disappeared from an auto group in Boca Raton are now with the group's landlord, who claims he owns the cars and the group never had the right to sell them. 

Some exotic car buyers in Boca Raton say they've been taken for a ride by Excell Auto Group, which has now filed for bankruptcy.

Fingers are pointing in all directions as a Boca Raton-based luxury car dealer faces bankruptcy, eviction and a growing list of lawsuits from lenders who say they stand to lose millions of dollars.
