The Delhi-Jaipur Vande Bharat Express will be the first unit of the semi-high-speed train in Rajasthan and will be the 14th unit of the advanced train in India.

The regular service of this Vande Bharat Express will start on April 13. It will be India’s 14th Vande Bharat Express train. The train will run all days of the week except Wednesday.

The inauguration ceremony of the Dehli-Jaipur-Ajmer Vande Bharat Express took place in the presence of Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw and Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot.

The Secunderabad-Tirupati Vande Bharat Express will ease the journey between the IT capital and the Abode of Lord Venkateswara with the advanced facilities offered by train.

The Chennai-Coimbatore Vande Bharat Express is expected to improve the connectivity on the route by reducing the travel time and connecting multiple cities on the way.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday flagged off Secunderabad-Tirupati Vande Bharat Express from Secunderabad Railway Station here reducing the travel time between the two cities by almost three and half hours and particularly benefitting pilgrims of both the Telugu states.

The Chennai-Coimbatore Vande Bharat Express is expected to take around 6 hours to cover the 495.28 kilometres between Chennai and Coimbatore (Kovai).
