Indian Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw thanked Prime Minister Modi for two Vande Bharat Trains that are starting today.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday flagged off two new Vande Bharat trains from Mumbais Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus.

At an event at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus in south Mumbai, Modi first flagged off the the CSMT-Solapur Vande Bharat Express and later another semi high-speed train linking the financial capital to Sainagar Shirdi temple town in Ahmednagar district

The Vande Bharat Express 2.0 offers various superior and aircraft-like travelling experiences

South Central Railways‘ has released the details of the upcoming 8th Vande Bharat Express which will run between Secunderabad and Visakhapatnam. It covers a distance of 700 kms in 8 hours and 30 minutes. It is going to be Telangana's first semi-high speed passenger train service. The train will halt at four stations during the journey.

Only 37 EC tickets are available for January 2, while 46 are available for the next day
