The centers for disease control reports vaccine rates among kindergartners is climbing. the exemption rate is up for a second year in a row. for the 2018-2019 school year, it was 2.1%. now, the vast majority of these exemptions were not medically necessary and put children at risk for vaccine-preventible diseases. joining me now is a doctor. thank you very much for joining
