but he hasn t made any public statements about his strategy in libya. that brings us to the talk back question. carol costello has that for us. a lot of people have questions. there s confusion over the mission. and the questions are coming from lawmakers, from the public. they re coming from everywhere. his supporters and his critics. you got that right. the president says the u.s. has an exit strategy for libya that will take place this week, and that has some scratching their heads. exit strategy is one thing, but what exactly was the entrance strategy? it didn t take long for house speaker john boehner to fire off a letter to mr. obama complaining of limited somewhat contradictory information from the administration on libya. boehner says the president committed u.s. military resources to war without clearly defining for the american people the congress and our troops what the mission in libya is. democrat nancy pelosi sent her own letter cautiously supporting the president
continues to stick to this line that they are going to turn over to the allies in days, not weeks. they started saying that saturday. so if you start adding it up, days, pretty soon, will run out and start becoming weeks. so if the pressure gets a little bit more intense and they still have not turned this over, you can bet that it s more and more likely the president will then address the nation. i think right now they will do canvassing behind the scenes now he is back here to take the temperature of lawmakers on the hill and see if they can sort of suede some of the concerns they have about answering the questions what is the end game but if they come up with answers there is more pressure to address the nation. not only about the end game, ed, but about this exit strategy. what exactly does that mean? does that mean some of our war planes will leave, some of our warships will leave or sit back and do nothing? what does it mean? reporter: i think it s tied up in a end game and e
