Comptroller Peter Franchot blocks 'questionable' returns from 21 tax preparers, 2 in Anne Arundel County
Two Anne Arundel County tax preparers were among 21 such companies at 22 locations in the state whose electronic tax returns were blocked by Maryland Comptroller Peter Franchot Thursday due to “a large volume of questionable returns received," the office announced in a press release.
