Representative image NOIDA: The Noida Authority is all set to take action against owners of over 850 properties in the city for non-payment of rent. There are around 500 platforms and 289 shops whose owners have not paid rent timely. Licences have already been cancelled for 94 such properties — including 28 government departments, 15 semi-government departments and eight public sector banks — and these now face eviction, officials have said.
