LEGAZPI CITY: The Philippine Tobacco Growers Association (PTGA) and the National Federation of Tobacco Farmers Association and Cooperatives (Naftac) have urged the Senate to immediately pass Senate Bill 2432, or the Anti-Agricultural Economic Sabotage Act, to protect the tobacco industry and thousands of tobacco farmers from being affected by rampant smuggling.
