The good weather is here at long last, and as we prepare to enter the month of May, it’s a busy time for festivals and events.

Sligo is set come alive with music and culture this May bank holiday weekend with the new Queen Maeve Festival running from May 3rd to May 5th.

The winter festival season is in full swing with a number of local festivals taking place in Sligo this week. From music, drama and dance, there are events to suit all interests.
