NCTD has outlined a proposed budget of $585 million which would go toward stabilizing the eroding Del Mar bluffs and a fairgrounds train station.

The North County Transit District’s board of directors took the first step Jan. 18 in laying out the capital improvement projects throughout the region that it will pursue over the next five years.
