Local cuisine tour de force Local produce will be on show at the Plume degustation dinner. The chefs at Plume Restaurant are creating a special five course ‘Best of Plume’ degustation menu to celebrate the Auckland Elemental Festival and Matakana Coast’s ‘Terroir to my Winter Table’ feast.
