Ash Wednesday starts the season of Lent on Feb. 14, and most fish fries start their season right after on Feb. 16.

Residents, make a special note to drive by the Roxbury Bandshell and see the spectacular 40-foot Serbian spruce tree displayed over Roxbury Park.
