The West Harlem Art Fund & City College's Digital and Interdisciplinary Art Practice will collaborate on Design in Flux, a new media exhibition On Governor's Island In Nolan Park from May 6th through June 30th. The exhibit will be held in Nolan Park Building 10B (NP10).
