Chowdeck is the fastest delivery service operating out of Africa today, delivered food to consumers' doorsteps in 30 minutes, on average.

Lagos-based Chowdeck, armed with $2.5 million, aims to make its mark in a food delivery space that has burned the likes of Jumia and Bolt.

Chowdeck has secured $2.5 million in seed funding to optimize its operations and support expansion into more cities across the country.

When this student and her friend made the decision to rent a self-contained room and parlour on Jengbadun Street in 2022, neither of them realised at the time that as the neighbourhood gave them savings in rent cost, it would also give them discomfort in no small measure.
